Suspected inappropriate use (e.g., uploading indecent illegal images or unauthorised commercial use) is not allowed and when detected will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Gijsbert Stoet is not responsible for the studies carried out with PsyToolkit. For professional or student research, users must themselves ensure (ethical) approval for research has been given, where applicable. It is up to users to decide if ethical approval is needed (there are many cases in which this is not necessary). The main point here is that users are entirely responsible for the surveys and experiments they create.
PsyToolkit can be used without costs for non-commercial use, but if you use it and write reports and/or publish surveys and/or experiments using it, you have the obligation to appropriately cite it and credit Gijsbert Stoet for creating the software.
