About this study

Thank you for your interest in this study. The questions will ask you about simple demographics and yourself. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. This should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Risks and Benefits: There are minimal risks associated with participation in this study, beyond spending a few moments answering questions. There are no direct benefits for participating in this project, however, participation will contribute to our knowledge of this topic.

Voluntary Participation: Participation in this study is completely voluntary.

Confidentiality: All information and data collected will be anonymous and stored in a secured electronic file requiring a login and password for approved researchers. No identifying information will be collected about any participants.

Right to Withdraw: Each person can refuse participation or withdraw from the study at any time without prejudice or negative consequence.
